    Self-Assessment

When we confirm your acceptance to the program, we will provide you the name and contact information of your mentor. We will ask you to complete a self-assessment and give it to the program Induction Specialist (Margaret Kirkpatrick) before we assing you a mentor. Download the self-assessment form now.

You will also have "an employer representative" complete an assessment of your job performance. This is usually your supervisor; probably the same person wrote a letter of recommendation for you when you applied to this program. Download the employer assessment form now

    Meet Your Mentor

Key items on the agenda in your first mentor meeting are these:

    • Reviewing the Mentor-Candidate Agreement
    • Reviewing your self-assessment and your employer's assessment
    • Writing the initial draft of your IDP (Individualized Development Plan).

See this timeline of events that inform the writing of your Individualized Development Plan.
