YOUR NAME HERE in partnership with Boston Reed College, is offering an 88-hour course designed to provide instruction and certification in the art of drawing blood for individuals who work or desire to work in a licensed clinical laboratory or public health agency. Students will become proficient in venipunctures with syringe, vacutainer, butterfly and fingerstick methods. Upon successful completion of the training, the student will receive a certificate of completion and will become eligible for national certification. The course fee includes textbook, consumable supplies, placement in an externship and certificate of completion. Class Instruction: 48 hours. Clinical Externship: 40 hours.
