YOUR NAME HERE in partnership with Boston Reed College is offering an Orthopedic Technician Training Program. Orthopedic Technicians care for orthopedic patients in acute care and clinic settings. Topics will include anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system, infection control, patient education, taking patient history, orthopedic conditions, joint and muscle assessment, casting, splinting, bracing, traction, geriatric and pediatric consideration and documentation. Upon successful completion of the program each graduate will receive a certificate of completion.
Class Instruction: 182 hours. Clinical Externship: 240 hours. Course Fee: $__________ (prices subject to change) includes textbooks, course materials, externship placement and certificate of completion.
